Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the contact form or by email. We will never ask you for that kind of information in a reply.
We read every message, but we are a small team, so replies may take a few days, especially around weekends and holidays. If your question is about a specific guide, mentioning the project title helps us get you a useful answer faster.
