Introduction

Foryouhub respects the creative work and ownership rights of others, and we expect the same respect in return. Every article, photo, illustration, and project design published on foryouhub.com is produced in-house by our own team for this site.

Even with careful in-house work, mistakes or misunderstandings can happen. If you believe material appearing on Foryouhub uses your copyrighted work without your permission, this page explains how to ask for its removal. Our process follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a United States law commonly known as the DMCA.

How to Send a Takedown Notice

Please send a written notice that includes all of the following information. A notice missing key details may take longer to review, and we may need to contact you for clarification before we can act.

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been used without permission. If you are reporting more than one work, you may list them together.
  2. A description of the material on Foryouhub that you are reporting, along with the exact page address (URL) where it appears, so we can locate it without guesswork.
  3. Your full name and contact information. An email address is fine, and a phone number or mailing address is helpful if you are willing to share one.
  4. A statement that you hold a good-faith belief that the use described is not authorized by the copyright owner, by an agent acting for the owner, or by law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature. Typing your full legal name at the end of an email notice counts as an electronic signature for this purpose.

Where to Send Your Notice

Please send your complete notice to our copyright contact:

Email: contact@foryouhub.com

Please use a clear subject line, such as “DMCA Takedown Notice,” so your message is routed correctly. This address is the designated contact for copyright matters on Foryouhub.

What Happens Next

When we receive a complete notice, we will read it and check the material identified in it. If the material appears to use someone else’s copyrighted work without permission, we will remove it or disable access to it promptly after our review.

Where practical, we will let the person who supplied the material know that it has been removed and explain why. We keep records of notices received and actions taken. If your notice lacks enough information to find the material or confirm the claim, we may reply and ask for the missing details.

Counter-Notification

If you contributed material to Foryouhub and believe it was removed by mistake, or because it was wrongly identified, you may send us a counter-notice.

Your counter-notice should include your name and contact information, a clear identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal, and a statement, made in good faith, that you believe the material was taken down in error. Please also include your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward a copy to the person who sent the original notice. Removed material may be restored after the standard waiting period set out under the DMCA if that person does not inform us that they have started court action to keep the material offline.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take repeated problems seriously. A contributor, commenter, or account holder found to have infringed the copyrights of others more than once may have their contributions removed, their account closed, or their access to Foryouhub blocked, as we judge appropriate.

A Note on False Claims

Please only send a notice or counter-notice when you genuinely believe your statement is true. Knowingly making a false claim, or misrepresenting important facts, can lead to legal consequences, including liability for costs and damages. If you are unsure whether a use is permitted, consider seeking independent legal advice before contacting us.
